Prerequisites:

zone
and scanned an
asset.
Step 1:
To create your first checklist, you can click on the "Checklists" navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the "INSPECTIONS" sub-heading.
To begin, click on the
+ New Checklist
button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Step 2:
Fill in all the checklist details & create checkpoints.
Step 3:
To save your new checklist after creating all relevant checkpoints, click the
✓ Create Checklist
button located at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
Checkpoints:
Once you have completed the checklist details, you will add checkpoints by clicking the
+ New Check
button, which will take you to the screen below to complete.
When creating a new checkpoint, you will name the check and specify whether or not if the check is failed, the entire inspection is failed.
Adding images and comments to the checkpoint is optional, but adding a description is required.
Once you have completed all the checkpoint details, you will click the
✓ Create Check
button to return to the previous screen to either add more checkpoints or save your entire checklist.
For example, checkpoints for a Fire Hydrant may include pressure level, safety clips and dents and scratches.
Checkpoints can also be accessed by clicking on the "Checks" navigation bar item, found on the left beneath the "Checklists" navigation bar item.
You have now successfully created an asset checklist.
All checklists created will be listed under the "Checklists" tab.
