The first few steps you need to take:

Before you are able to start adding assets and creating jobs, you will need to create customized checklists for your assets.

Job types for specified assets need to be created, as well as zones and sites where assets are located and inspections are carried out.

The technicians that will be carrying out the inspections need to be added to the system too.

Once you have followed all the abovementioned steps, it is as simple as:

1. Scan

Scan the printed barcode and select the appropriate checklist.

2. Inspect

A technician completes a checklist based on the type of asset.

3. Measure

Asset risk is then calculated based on the outcome of the inspection.

4. Report

Reports are immediately available to customers, including risk analysis.
