When opening the AssetPool application on your phone or tablet, whether you would like to
Verify an Asset
or
Sign in as a Technician,
you will need to login to AssetPool with your Username & Password.
If you have forgotten your password, there is a
Forgot your Password?
link you can click on.
To login to AssetPool, provide your Username & Password & click the
SIGN IN →
button.
If the Username or Password provided is incorrect, the following error message will pop up.
You are able to reset your password by clicking
Forgot your Password?
After clicking
Forgot your Password?,
you will then be taken to the below screen to provide your email address.
Provide your email address & click the
Request Reset
button.
An email will be sent to the email address provided.
Once receiving the email, click the link provided.

Reset your Password
You will then be taken to the following screen.
Provide your email address & set a new password.
Once confirming your new password, click the
Reset Password
button.
After successfully resetting your password, you will be able to login to the AssetPool application.
